SUPREME COURT CASES ON PATENTS (Since the Passage of the1952 Patent Act to 1999)
Benefit: The quickest and easiest way for your organization to learn the high points of patent law and interrelated anti-trust law. (If this seminar is re-offered, it would conceivably be updated to the present) Location: The seminar is put on at your place of business Time: The seminar time is 1.0 to1.5 hours.Cost: The cost is based on a reimbursement for the time Mr. Hoffenberg is away from his practice, travel expense and other expenses incurred in presenting the seminar.

Community Service and Pro Bono In addition to this education series, Mr. Hoffenberg gives of his time to benefit the community and contribute to the quality justice in the State of California. For many years, he served as a volunteer pro tem in the Municipal Court in traffic, landlord-tenant, small claims and short cause matters. Currently, Mr. Hoffenberg serves as a volunteer arbitrator for the Dispute Resolution Service in attorney-client fee disputes and as a quasi-volunteer mediator in the Court of Appeals. |
